Terms of Service

1. Who we are

OneTap is operated by BLAISE TECH Cameroon ("we", "us"), a web and app development business based in Douala, Cameroon. By creating an account or using any OneTap service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Your OneTap account & wallet

One account gives you access to all OneTap services through a single wallet balance, denominated in US Dollars (USD). Funds are added via Mobile Money or Orange Money through our payment partner, Fapshi, at the exchange rate displayed at the time of top-up. Wallet funds are non-transferable to other users and non-withdrawable to cash except where required by law.

3. SMM boosting & foreign numbers

SMM boosting orders (likes, followers, views, engagement) are fulfilled by third-party providers once payment is confirmed; delivered quantities can vary slightly from the ordered amount and are not always instant. Foreign numbers are provided for one-time or short-term verification (OTP) purposes only, may be recycled after a period of inactivity, and we do not guarantee indefinite availability of any given number.

4. Web & app development requests & the 50/50 payment structure

Web development and app development engagements booked through OneTap — including native/cross-platform app builds and app-wrapping projects — follow a 50% upfront, 50% on completion payment structure:

Submitting a request creates a lead only — no payment is due yet.
Once BLAISE TECH Cameroon reviews your request and provides a quote, a 50% deposit is required before work begins.
The remaining 50% is due upon delivery, before final handover/source files are released.
Deposits are non-refundable once development work has started, except where we are unable to deliver the agreed scope.

5. Refunds

Refund eligibility varies by service and is evaluated case by case through WhatsApp support. Wallet top-ups are non-refundable once used to fund an order.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use OneTap for unlawful purposes, fraud, or to violate the terms of any third-party platform (messaging platforms, verification platforms, etc.) accessed through our services.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as OneTap evolves. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
