The 50/50 terms, plainly
Submitting a request creates a lead only — nothing is charged until you accept a quote. From there:
- 50% deposit before development starts
- 50% balance due on delivery, before final handover
- Deposits are non-refundable once work has started, except where we can't deliver the agreed scope
